How do I change the assigned team member from the lead details page in the Inbox tab?

To reassign a lead to a different team member:

1. Click on Inbox

2. Select "Email" as the conversation type

3. Click on the lead you want to update

4. Look at the top right corner under the details section. This will be current agent's name.

5. Click the dropdown icon next to the current agent

6. Select a new team member to assign to this lead
