How do I reply to or send a text to a lead through the Inbox?

To reply to or text a lead:

1. Open the "Inbox" tab

2. Select "Text" as the conversation type

3. Find and click on the lead you wish to contact

4. Type your message in the text field

5. Click "Send Text" to deliver your message
