When you click on Import Bulk in NOVA Central, you'll be redirected to the People's tab where you can import leads using a CSV file.
The import process includes:
1. Click on "Import Bulk"
2. Select and upload your CSV file
3. Map your CSV columns to the corresponding fields in NOVACRM (e.g., matching "First Name" to "First Name")
4. Click on "NEXT"
5. Assign a Tag if you want to and press enter, and then click on submit.
Your leads will then be imported into your NOVACRM account.
